How the workflow runs

  1. 1A Tally trigger fires when someone submits the quote request form.
  2. 2A code node normalizes the submission into a clean set of fields.
  3. 3OpenAI writes the estimate as structured JSON: scope, materials, labor, and a price range.
  4. 4A code node formats that JSON into the customer-facing quote.
  5. 5Gmail emails the quote and Twilio texts the customer that it has been sent.
